About
Life Time Tri Tempe is an exciting fall triathlon experience through the Valley of the Sun and a perfect training tool for the IRONMAN Arizona 70.3 and 140.6 races. The start line, finish line and transition area are all centrally located within Tempe Beach Park, making race day easy for athletes and spectators alike. The race kicks off with a swim in Tempe Town Lake, followed by a relatively flat, urban bike ride. In the final leg of the race, athletes run around Tempe Town Lake with views of the Mill Avenue District and a big finish at Tempe Beach Park. We'd like to invite you to volunteer and be a part of our event crew to help create a great race experience for all athletes!

Volunteers under the age of 18 must have parental/guardian supervision during each shift.
Parking Details
Parking on Saturday and Sunday will be located in the ADT parking garage. This garage is located on the corner of Rio Salado and Ash right across from Macayos. Saturday you are free to park in the Tempe Beach Park Parking lot but this parking lot will be closed on Sunday for the race.
